CMA Moldform Ltd has just increased the capacity of its largest stainless steel vacuum dispensing tank to 5 tonnes overall, so 4 tonnes of resin can then be blended and dispensed. By utilising two additional tanks it now allows for single pours of some 6 tonnes of resin in one continuous process.
Having recently cast nearly 2 tonnes of resin in one go, Birmingham based manufacturer CMA already has an order for a cast in excess of 3 tonnes (3000 kilos). This is a major overseas commission with an order value of well over £100,000. It will be installed in a public space and lit with LEDs and lasers.
