In line with long-term strategic plans and continued growth, Birmingham’s CMA Moldform has expanded its diverse workforce with the recent addition of three key appointments.

The company, which specialised in low volume parts production, has added to it’s thriving management team with the appointment of a Business Development Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager and a Production Supervisor.

The new roles will be key to assisting with future growth plans and will help to steer the company in exciting new directions as plans for each of the divisions unfold.

CMA Moldform’s Mark Lowe, said:

“Since my appointment as Group Managing Director in April 2015, I recognised a clear need to bring additional talent in to our existing management team. There has already been significant growth within the business in recent months and with even further expansion plans I look forward to taking the business to the next level.

Whilst each of the new appointments supports a different aspect of the business, there are significant cross overs and this unit serves to enhance our diverse management team, which will drive the company forward whilst gaining an all important momentum.”

Sharon Cyster joins CMA as Production Supervisor after 13 years working for a multi national lock manufacturer. Sharon saw the company grow from a small family firm to a world leader in door opening solutions. She decided to make the move to CMA to further progress her career and learn new skills. Sharon brings her knowledge of world-class business to CMA and has already influenced a production management strategy, which reduces waste and improves shop floor productivity in line with the new company strategies.

David’s out-going personality and strong work ethic gives him the perfect approach to seeking new business opportunities and strengthening the CMA customer base.

Shaping the company’s outward appearance and bringing a creative spark to the team is Sales and Marketing Manager Emily Glew.

Having conducted PR, Marketing, Sales and Customer Service departments, directly supporting the Midlands manufacturing sector, Emily is best placed to bring the capabilities of CMA into the forefront, creating a strong, clear message of each of the individual business units to both CMA’s UK and international clients.
