It has been an exciting year so far for CMA Moldform, a Birmingham based supplier, who specialises in low volume parts production and rapid prototyping.

The company, who is celebrating 25 years in the industry, has appointed a new Group Managing Director, expanded its management team and is currently undergoing major shop floor improvements exceeding £1 Million worth of investment together with the installation of a brand new RRIM machine.

The state of the art RRIM Machine has enabled CMA to significantly increase its low volume parts production capabilities. Having already secured production contracts the company will continue to supply major UK automotive clients well into the future.
These extensive developments come as part of an ambitious, long-term growth plan; this coupled with a company restructure will lead CMA into a prosperous and productive new era.

Speaking of the company’s long-standing history, CMA’s Mark Lowe said: “As a traditional, family owned company, CMA has seen significant growth during the course of its 25 year history. The company moved to its current location on Spitfire Park in 2010 and now operates from 4 factories on the estate.??Mark continued: “Since my appointment as Group Managing Director in April 2015, there has been a strong emphasis on growth, sustainability and investment, which highlighted a clear need to bring additional talent in to our existing management team. This, coupled with the major on-site improvements and business restructure, secures a bright future for CMA and I look forward to steering the business into its next phase.”

CMA has plans to showcase its new developments during an exclusive Open Day in the next few months. Guests will be invited to see first hand the impressive expansion and extensive improvements that CMA has undergone over the last 6 months.

With their experienced team of material specialists and craftsmen, CMA supports Scale Model, Art, Prototyping and Industrial with its low volume production capabilities.
